Lord Sananda (Jeshua, Jesus) has asked us to open, visualise or intend a holographic heart around the earth on the 5th August, focusing our intention on love and peace and continue doing this until and inclusive the 7th. this is to help the Ascended Masters while the three powerful cosmic rays are intersecting in the Earth.
also it is essential that we maintain our own personal balance,live in the 'now', centred and grounded and filled with unconditional love for oneself and humanity.
Sananda says that it is not about meditating continuously for the three days, but, just to be conscious of our actions, thoughts and deeds with a total focus on the heart and positive thought.
'This is also the time to focus on the manifestation aspect of peace projects, education, healing projects. Focus! If you are a healer, focus on your healing during those days, Use your gifts, use your skills. If you are an artist, focus on your art.. , whatever your vocation and activity bring your every energy to fruition, through your ability to manifest peace, create beauty and sustain the harmony for these three days.
